At Aisling Ireland, we understand that life doesn’t always go as planned, and we empathize if unexpected circumstances arise before your tour. However, in order to ensure fairness and maintain smooth operations for all of our guests, we operate under the following terms and conditions:

Refund Policy:
We maintain a strict 72-hour no refund policy. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage you to plan accordingly and notify us promptly if you need to make any changes. -
Accommodation Pick-Ups:
For day tours, our standard pick-up locations are limited to within a 50 km radius of Killarney Town center. For pick-ups outside this area, an additional fee will apply, and we’ll be happy to discuss and negotiate the cost based on your location.
